Shipment Tracking is Easy!
- You’ll receive an invoice by email as soon as your order ships.
- The invoice includes both the carrier’s name and the tracking number.
- Click the link or visit the carrier’s tracking page to follow your shipment in real time.

Special Cases
Free Shipping: Many Kasco products and the Lake Bottom Blankets ship free (some exceptions apply).
Oversized Items: Heavy or large products may incur extra charges, displayed at checkout before confirmation.
Remote Locations:Some rural or northern areas may require delivery to the nearest pick-up centre, or by air. If additional fees apply, we’ll contact you before processing your order.
No P.O. Boxes: Please provide a physical address for delivery, as we’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
