Canadianpond.ca is proud to be the authorized Canadian repair center for Kasco Marine, US Solar Mounts, Hiblow, Vertex Water Features, and AquaMaster Fountains. Our repair shop stocks original manufacturer’s parts for the maintenance and repair of the aeration systems, de-icing systems and fountains we sell. Our specialized technicians have successfully completed the training required by these manufacturers to ensure superior quality work, carried out according to current standards.

The manufacturer’s warranties are honoured

As an authorized repair and service center, warranty claims and routine repairs can be made on-site at our shop without having to return the defective product to the manufacturer, thus avoiding delivery charges. Repairs are provided under the very same warranty terms as the manufacturer, as though they had done the repairs themselves. In summer, our peak season, please allow 3 business days for evaluation, 3 business days for repair and several more days for delivery.
